We’re looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Founder’s Associate to work directly with the CEO and help drive execution across multiple companies. This role involves managing cross-company projects, implementing operational processes, building internal dashboards and documentation, and helping remove operational bottlenecks so the founder and teams can focus on growth.

- Exceptional organization and project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments with shifting priorities.
- Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Background in consulting, startup operations, strategy, or venture-backed companies is highly preferred.
- Experience building SOPs, operational systems, or documentation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of business operations, project management, and scaling processes.
- Experience using AI tools for productivity and automation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, Notion or documentation systems, Slack, and automation tools such as Zapier or n8n.
