We are seeking a GTM Engineer to support and scale revenue operations, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to design workflows, optimize funnels, and implement scalable systems that drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist)
- Proficiency in data analysis (Google Sheets, Excel, SQL is a plus)
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations (Zapier, Make), and workflow automation
- Understanding of B2B SaaS sales funnels and lead generation strategies
- Experience working with SDRs and sales teams in a high-growth environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to execute independently
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
