Huzzle is hiring a Head of GTM Engineering (AI Systems) for a remote position. The role involves leading the transition from no-code automation to AI-agent-driven, code-first infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing and building AI-powered GTM systems, leading a team of engineers, and architecting integrations across CRMs, APIs, and data sources.

Requirements

• Proven experience building GTM automation systems in production
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, webhooks, and multi-step automation logic
• Hands-on coding experience in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Experience working with AI/LLM-powered systems
• Deep understanding of outbound sales workflows and revenue operations
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers or technical teams
