Huzzle is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily moving operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure seamless service delivery for customers across North America. The role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination or operations support.

Requirements

• Coordinate and confirm daily moving schedules with customers and internal teams
• Monitor live operations and ensure all moves run according to plan
• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure collections are completed
