Marketing Director (AI & GTM Systems)

We're hiring a Marketing Leader with a performance-driven, GTM engineering mindset to own and scale demand generation across outbound, inbound, and brand channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
• Hands-on expertise with Clay
• Strong working experience using Claude for marketing, automation, or GTM workflows
• Experience building automated GTM or marketing systems
• Background in B2B SaaS or outbound-driven environments
• Experience owning marketing budgets and performance metrics
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and attribution models
• Analytical mindset focused on pipeline, revenue, and unit economics
