Requirements
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Manage multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn as needed)
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Design and execute A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights through reporting
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize performance
- Implement and oversee conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager)
- Collaborate with design, content, and CRO teams to improve funnel performance
- Stay updated on PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices
