Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in PPC / Paid Media Management
- Proven track record managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, and attribution models
- Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaign performance
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization principles
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or eCommerce environments is preferred
