Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar outbound sales role
- Proven experience selling into European markets is mandatory (UK, EU, or specific regions such as DACH or Nordics)
- Strong understanding of European business culture and sales cycles
- Demonstrated success in cold outreach, lead generation, and pipeline building
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (additional European languages are a plus)
- Ability to work European business hours
