We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and building a strong sales pipeline for the Account Executive team.
Requirements
- Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and readiness
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for meetings and pipeline generation
