Key responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities. Experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B services is highly preferred.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales
- Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and strong English communication skills
- Proven experience targeting or selling into DACH markets
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales targets
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
- Excellent communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven
