Senior Creative Strategist

We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to lead the development of high-performing ad creatives across paid social channels for a fast-scaling performance marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or paid social and a proven track record of scaling campaigns through high-performing ad creatives.

Requirements

• Develop and execute data-driven creative strategies for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
• Lead creative ideation, briefing, and testing frameworks to improve ad performance
• Analyze creative performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate on winning concepts
• Collaborate with media buyers and performance marketers to align creative with campaign goals
• Work closely with designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce high-converting assets
• Conduct competitor research and identify emerging creative trends
• Present strategy, insights, and results to internal teams and clients
• Build scalable creative systems and testing pipelines
