We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The role involves planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns to generate leads, increase conversions, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong track record of scaling profitable campaigns and improving ROAS.
- Experience managing large advertising budgets ($50K+/month preferred).
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, attribution models, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and ad management platforms.
- Experience with funnel optimization, landing page testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, lead generation, or digital marketing agencies is highly preferred.
