Manager of E-commerce

The Manager of E-commerce is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales and operational goals. This role involves leading and developing employees, maintaining high standards of performance, and stepping in for the Store Director when necessary. The Manager of E-commerce is also responsible for perpetuating the fundamental values of the Hy-Vee culture, including honesty, integrity, friendliness, and high levels of ethics and morals.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent experience, plus Dale Carnegie and perimeter department training.
• Over five years of similar or related managerial experience.
• Ability to use logical or scientific thinking to solve problems and with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Ability to do arithmetic, algebraic and geometric calculations.
• Ability to report, write, or edit articles for publication; prepare and deliver presentations; interview, counsel or advise people; evaluate technical data.
