Job Description
As a Pharmacy Department Manager at Hy-Vee, this position is responsible for the overall operation of the assigned pharmacy department, including supervising staff, improving prescription sales and profit, and maintaining a positive company image. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with pharmacy computer applications.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy School
- Current Board of Pharmacy license
- Progressively responsible experience in pharmacy and computer applications
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills
