Job Description
Maintains department standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, and overall profitability. Ensures products are available and item parameters are accurate in product management software.
Requirements
- Maintains a positive attitude and creates a friendly atmosphere
- Provides prompt, courteous, and efficient service to customers
- Assists with gross profit analysis and management reporting functions
- Ensures inventory information is accurate and minimizes out of stocks
- Works with upper management to determine product placement and resets
- Maintains special buys and ensures accuracy of parameters in product management applications
