Service Manager

The Service Manager is responsible for providing prompt, efficient and friendly customer service, supervising and coordinating the activities of employees, and ensuring customer needs are met. The role requires a positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork, and includes responsibilities such as training employees, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent experience
• Two years or more of similar or related work experience preferred
• Ability to solve practical problems
• Ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages
• Possess the ability to interview to obtain basic information
