Job Description
The PRISM Outreach Navigator implements culturally responsive, trauma-informed outreach, education, community assessment, and navigation services for LGBTQIA+ individuals in Passaic and Hudson counties, NJ.
Requirements
- Commitment to harm reduction and LGBTQIA+ supportive services
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of HIV prevention or outreach experience OR 4+ years relevant experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
