Job Description
The Outreach Worker is responsible for implementing and evaluating Outreach Services. This includes conducting outreach to substance users and high-risk communities, providing relevant literature and harm reduction education, and assisting with identification of needs. The role also involves maintaining data collection and assisting with referrals to treatment services.
Requirements
- Commitment to Hyacinth philosophy
- Bachelor's degree plus two years experience in HIV/AIDS or related field.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communications.
- Access to currently registered car and a valid driver's license.
