Job Description
The Activities Coordinator is responsible for designing, organizing, and delivering recreational programs that enhance the guest experience. This role focuses on creating fun, engaging, and enriching activities that cater to guest interests, promote wellbeing, and reflect the resort’s commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- Develop, plan, and implement recreational activities for guests of all ages.
- Coordinate with staff and vendors to deliver engaging programs.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and budgets for activities.
- Ensure all activities are conducted safely and align with resort standards.
- Build strong relationships with guests, encouraging participation and enhancing their overall stay.
- Maintain detailed records of programs and guest feedback to continuously improve offerings.
