The Area Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for overseeing sales and marketing operations for two luxury hotels, maximizing revenue and meeting profit objectives, and leading a sales and marketing team.
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of Director of Sales experience
- At least 3 years of luxury hotel experience
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and strategic vision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and adaptable to new systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organization and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of sales/marketing/hospitality principles and practices
- Ability to work in stressful, high-pressure situations and maintain composure
