The Grand Hyatt Vail is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager to assist in managing food and beverage outlets, staffing, and training staff, as well as coordinating special events.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management
- Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
