Hyatt Regency Tamaya is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee staff and service across multiple outlets, including Rio Bar and Grill, Santa Ana Café, Plaza Grill, and In-Room Dining. The role involves leading and supporting food & beverage teams, mentoring staff, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
