Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our pre-opening team at Hyatt Regency Lagos Ikeja, expected to open in 2026. The role involves overseeing daily front office operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in front office operations, preferably within a luxury hotel brand
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (OPERA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
