Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our pre-opening team at Hyatt Regency Lagos Ikeja. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in front office operations, preferably within a luxury hotel brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in front office operations, preferably within a luxury hotel brand
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (OPERA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
