Job Description
The On-Call Banquet Staff member executes high-quality banquet events at Hyatt Regency Boston as a Banquet Server, Bartender, or Barback, rotating responsibilities as needed. This role delivers exceptional service to guests during weddings, conferences, and special functions.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Previous experience in banquets, bartending, or hospitality or have attended the BEST Training Program
- Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment.
- Must respond to scheduling requests at least once per month to remain active
