Join Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill as a Chef de Partie and lead your section with precision, creativity, and consistency. You’ll be expected to uphold the highest culinary standards, mentor junior chefs, and contribute to the seamless execution of our diverse menus.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel culinary operations, with the ability to manage and lead a section independently
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and HACCP compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to support and inspire junior team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
