Concierge (Full-Time)

The Concierge will serve as a key guest-facing representative of our property, providing personalized recommendations, assisting with reservations, and creating memorable experiences for our guests throughout ski season.

Requirements

• Deliver personalized guest service, including arranging dining, transportation, and activity reservations.
• Share expert knowledge of local attractions, ski services, and seasonal events.
• Maintain relationships with local partners and vendors to enhance guest offerings.
