Culinary Supervisor responsible for producing consistent, quality products and meeting guests' needs in a timely manner, with basic understanding of kitchen operations and department training.
Requirements
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of a kitchen operation within the hotel
- Culinary education preferred
- Basic cost control understanding
- Good communication, leadership skills and computer skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
