Director of Finance

The Director of Finance will oversee accounting processes for two Hyatt Hotels, responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and SOX compliance. The role involves supervising on-site accounting functions, leading hotel financial planning, and managing relationships with owners. The ideal candidate will have progressive hotel accounting experience and a hospitality or accounting degree.

Requirements

• Responsible for short- and long-term planning and the management of the Accounting/Finance function.
• Manage and lead hotel on-site accounting functions to ensure proper fiscal management, timely and accurate reporting and analysis for the hotel.
• Participate in total hotel management as a member of the Hotel Leadership Committee.
• Manage SOX compliance.
• Complete the year-end audit process.
• Prepare and review all monthly and annual financial statements.
• Aid in the preparation and final review of the annual business plans.
• Supervise the Information Technology function.
