Job Description
The Director of Revenue Management will be responsible for driving the continued development and growth of revenue and profits for the portfolio hotels and run an efficient revenue organization for the region. The position will provide key leadership surrounding the hotel's revenue recognition policies and will regularly collaborate with the sales operations and different marketing organizations to bring best decisions at the forefront.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Management, Strategic Marketing, or Hospitality/Tourism management
- Minimum 10-15 years of work experience in different capacities including as Revenue Manager, Cluster Revenue Manager
- At least 3 years in a similar corporate/regional role
- Multiple property management; oversight of 50+ hotels
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Thorough understanding of hotel revenue KPIs
