Requirements

• Previous experience in a large 5 star hotel
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Previous experience leading and developing a large team
• Proven ability to improve and maintain Guest Satisfaction Scores
• Proven ability to respond to emergency and crisis situations
