Assist with the efficient running of the Front Desk at the Grand Hyatt Jakarta hotel, ensuring employee, guest, and owner expectations are met. The Assistant Manager (Duty Manager) - Front Office is responsible for managing day-to-day operations with the Front Office Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years work experience as Duty Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a 5 star or luxury hotel.
• Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
• Excellence language skills.
