We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join the Hyatt Greater China digital team based in Hong Kong. This role focuses on supporting the day-to-day operation and marketing of Hyatt’s direct channels, as well as assisting in the ideation, planning, development, launch, and optimization of new digital initiatives.
Requirements
- Support the daily operation and marketing activities across Hyatt’s official channels and 3rd party channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns & initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on channel and campaign performance using analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
- Assist in financial-related tasks such as tracking campaign budgets, reconciling platform expenses, and supporting basic ROI reporting.
