Event Concierge is the liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact, handling special needs or requests and ensuring positive image of the hotel.
Requirements
- Represent the Hyatt brand and make a connection with the meeting planner
- Stay in close contact with all hotel departments
- Communicate and address concerns and opportunities with planners
