Facilities Technician

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Technician to join our Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution of all issues.

Requirements

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Proficiency in using basic maintenance tools and equipment.
• Vocational or technical training in maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
