Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Food & Beverage Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla. The role will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Food & Beverage Department, in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards.
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage or Senior Restaurant Manager in a larger operation
- Strong operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
- Proven commercial acumen and ability to drive outlet profitability
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
