Job Description
We are seeking a Front Office Agent to join our team at Hyatt Place Kansas City/Overland Park/Convention Center. As a Front Office Associate, you will be the face of Hyatt and have the opportunity to create the guest experience.
Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Previous customer service experience is a must.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends.
