Requirements
- Current and valid Riverside County Food Handler's Certificate
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory-level experience in high-volume Stewarding or culinary support environment
- Proven leadership and operational excellence
- Exceptional ability to read, interpret, and accurately execute complex written and verbal instructions
- Physical stamina and strength to lift, push, and pull moderate weight and traverse long distances
- Valid, active Driver's License with a clean driving record over the last 3 years
- Demonstrated skill in operating resort vehicles, specifically a golf cart with a trailer attachment
