Full Time - Sanitation and Equipment Supervisor - Dishwashing/Stewarding Supervisor

Lead the team responsible for maintaining world-class standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational flow in the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas.

Requirements

• Current and valid Riverside County Food Handler's Certificate
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory-level experience in high-volume Stewarding or culinary support environment
• Proven leadership and operational excellence
• Exceptional ability to read, interpret, and accurately execute complex written and verbal instructions
• Physical stamina and strength to lift, push, and pull moderate weight and traverse long distances
• Valid, active Driver's License with a clean driving record over the last 3 years
• Demonstrated skill in operating resort vehicles, specifically a golf cart with a trailer attachment
