Handyman

Join our Thompson Madrid team and take on a luxurious lifestyle experience. We're looking for a Handyman to ensure the hotel's good condition, organize and supervise maintenance inspections, and lead the implementation of the Emergency and Evacuation Plan.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Knowledge of climate control systems.
• Knowledge of water heating and cooling systems.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, automation, and computer networks.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, Legionella, and fire protection.
• Knowledge of the hotel's own systems (CCTV, access control, audiovisuals, lighting, etc.)
