Requirements

• Experience in a similar position, preferably in a 5-star hotel
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems
• Knowledge of hot and cold water production systems (ACS, AFCH)
• Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, automation, and computer networks
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, Legionella, and fire protection
• Knowledge of hotel-specific systems (CCTV, access control, audiovisuals, lighting, etc.)
