Job Description
The Houseperson provides a courteous and professional service to guests and employees, handles guest and employee enquiries, and performs daily rotation of Housekeeping stock, routine cleaning tasks, and delivers guest laundry.
Requirements
- 1 year experience as houseman/room attendant in a 5 star hotel
- Manual handling ability
- Knowledge of hygiene standards
- Good interpersonal skills
