Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator will be the first point of contact for the department, receiving external visitors and colleagues and handling all day to day queries. The role is responsible for all HR related administration, colleague's employment journey, and providing help and support to the HR team as required.
Requirements
- A strong interest in Human Resources within the hospitality industry
- Prior HR exposure or relevant operational experience in a service-driven environment
- Highly organised and adaptable
- Professional, approachable, and discreet
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel setting
