IT Asset Management Specialist

Hyatt seeks an IT Asset Management Specialist to manage the end to end lifecycle of hardware assets, track inventory, and support IT policies and governance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive experience in IT service management
• High proficiency in technology and data analytics tools used for asset tracking, reporting, and performance optimization
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices; ITIL certification (v3 or v4) is highly desirable
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that integrate automation and emerging technologies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
