Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the Front Office operates successfully and efficiently, maintaining guest relationships, and managing the departmental budget and payroll.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-year work experience
• Good computer skills (Knowledge of Opera is desirable)
• Experience in a managerial position
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills
• Japanese and English skills
