Marketing Coordinator / Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our Marketing Communications team as a Marketing & Production Coordinator. The role supports the team across daily marketing operations, creative production, and interdepartmental coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) (plus)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A positive, adaptable team player who can work independently when needed
