Job Description
Miraval Berkshires is seeking an Outdoor Adventure Guide to lead guest-facing programs for leisure, corporate, and group guests. The ideal candidate has a passion for outdoor adventure pursuits, excellent interpersonal and guestâservice skills, and flexibility in scheduling and daily responsibilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of facilitating and/or guiding outdoor adventure programs preferred
- 1â2+ years guiding hiking-based programs preferred
- 1â5+ years facilitating high/low ropes elements preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Wilderness First Aid or Wilderness First Responder certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Lifeguard certification preferred
- Training or willingness to be trained in kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
