Join Miraval Berkshires as an Outdoor Adventure Guide and lead guest-facing programs in the Berkshires, ensuring a safe and meaningful experience. Passion for outdoor adventure and natural world is key, along with excellent interpersonal and guest-service skills.
Requirements
- Facilitate and guide outdoor adventure programs
- Guide hiking-based programs
- Facilitate high/low ropes elements
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Wilderness First Aid or Wilderness First Responder certification
- Lifeguard certification
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to carry and climb ladders, ascend poles, and traverse cables at height
- Ability to walk, stand, and belay for extended periods
- Ability to hike 6-12 miles/day at a sustained 2-4 mph pace
- Ability to lift/move heavy objects
