As an Outdoor Adventure Guide, you will lead guest-facing programs, facilitate outdoor activities, and work in a team-oriented environment. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in facilitation and/or guiding outdoor adventure programs
- 1 – 2+ years guiding experience hiking
- 1 – 5+ years of experience in facilitation of High and Low Ropes Elements
- First Aid/CPR or ability to obtain within 30 days of start date
- ACCT Facilitator Level I or II preferred or willingness to complete provided training
