The Overnight Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and employees during overnight operations.
Requirements
- Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols to identify safety hazards and suspicious activity.
- Monitor CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels throughout the shift.
- Respond quickly and professionally to incidents and emergencies, including medical situations and fire alarms.
- Provide courteous and helpful assistance to guests and support front desk and night audit teams.
- Perform investigations related to theft, damage, or policy violations.
- Act as first responder during emergency situations and coordinate with local law enforcement and medical personnel.
