Job Description
Hyatt is recruiting a Pastry Cook to join the team at Andaz Miami Beach. The ideal candidate is detailed-oriented, able to multitask, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests and fellow team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of high-end pastry and dessert production and plating
- Complete competency with English Weights & Measures to complete standardized recipes
- Experience in fast-paced high-end restaurant environment
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Culinary arts degree or certificate from an accredited school or program
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
